Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product had an issue, as long as the bottle and its box are untouched. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging to our return address.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different fragrance, please contact us and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
